Net Cetera

Came across the website Net Cetera which includes a link to a .pdf guide for adults on chatting with kids about being online. Though the document is not a tool for classroom instruction, I see it as a potentially valuable resource for educators who would like to help parents and guardians make sense of their children's online lives. Pew Report on Internet Use Among Latinos

The Pew Internet and American Life Project has released a research report that finds Internet use among Latinos has risen 10 percent between 2006-2008, from 54% to 64%. The report states:
